This August as we look to the future, we celebrate our 2nd year of Vacation Bible Study from 9:00-1:00. Breakfast and Lunch is served. The 1st Confirmation and Baptism Ceremony since the church had a fire and under the direction of Father Augustine Unuigbe, is being held on the 17th of August. Bishop Romero will preside over the ceremony. Our new Altar Guild members will be inducted and we will celebrate St. Augustine's Day. Also, this month on the 16th, the Union of Black Episcopalians will hold their monthly meeting here at 11:00am, all are welcome. Speaking of welcome, the  Welcoming Ministry is still having a "Nite of Prayer". The attendance has increased on each nite. Please join us every other Thursday at 5:00, as we Thank God for all he does for us!

Donations are being accepted for the paving of the new parking lot and the new Mini-Van!

Aug 1^st-Sign up for New Computer Classes-9 week courses-starting in September.

August 3^rd-Installation of Altar Guild Members-The Altar Guild will be inducting three new members into their guild.

August 4^th-15- “Vacation Bible School is back from 9:00am-1:00pm-Sign your children up for this Summer program. Children will learn about God, while learning music,golf and variety of other activities.

August 14^th & 28^th- Prayer Nite from 5pm to 6pm-Join the Welcoming Ministry for an hour or more of praise and worship.

August 16^th- Union of Black Episcopalians Meeting -11:00am-Our church will be hosting this event. Please come and join the meeting. All Episcopalians invited! Registration to join available.

August 17^th- Bishop Romero will be here for Confirmation and Baptism, the 1^st class since our church has reopened, under Fr. Augustine’s leadership. Please come and join us for this historical event.

August 24^th-Youth Sunday-Our young people will take charge of the church.

August 28^th-St Augustine’s Day-We need volunteers to help with the preparation of this eventful day.

August 31^st- We are looking for volunteers to serve for this Sunday’s coffee hour.
